Brilliant stuff. It comes together with something I think Dan John once said, "your body knows what to do, you just have to shut up and let it."
I was saying this to a client this morning. When she deadlifts heavy on her own, often she'll fail on reps, step back from the bar, and so on. If I bark cues at her, "bar over the middle of the foot… crouch down over the bar, grasp it outside your shins… chest up! more!…. deep breath in, hold it… stand up! good! Now down!… okay, three deep breaths in and out…" then she does it smoothly and strongly.
I guess she was, "c onsciously focusing on the movements of a motor action [and] disrupt[ing] automatic motor control processes that regulate [her] coordinated movements."

After using long time different free WP Themes I decided a few monthes ago to give Thesis a shot. The reason was mainly because it was often mentioned that the structure of Thesis is very SEO friendly… And yes! This seems to be true. After changing my websites to Thesis the traffic increased on every site. Time for me to dive deeper into the world of Thesis: The design! I investigated a lot and finally landed at . They offer a wider range of Thesis Child Themes for a really reasonable price. I choosed the Developer Membership for 97$. On the first look much money, but this is a one time fee and now I have access to all current and future skins, so I think the price is really fair. I tried the M-Blog Skin on my websites. I’m really happy with the results. The installation of the theme and boxes was quite simple and its very easy to understand how everything is working. Also the support is very competent and fast. I had some issues with my Lates Blog Posts (there was always an empty space in displaying them) and within minutes I already got the solution! So all in all I really can recommend the M-Blog Skin and I’m looking forward to use one of the other skins offered by wpthesisskins.

It is no secret that in 2015 StudioPress is way more popular than DIYthemes. While there are some top bloggers who are using Thesis. You will find that most top bloggers are using the Genesis Framework such as Darren Rowse, Neil Patel, Harsh Agarwal, Brian Clark, and more. Thesis used to be at the top of the theme chain, but not anymore. Now Genesis has the crown. You have to understand that when the top guys switch from one theme to another, guess what their readers are going to do? There are a number of reasons why people left Thesis for Genesis.

Very interesting article and interesting posts. I’m going to create what in a nutshell will be an English proof-reading service site. I’m looking for a simple but nice look, no unnecessarily fancy stuff, just easy for clients to see what they are getting and easy for them to use. At the same time I want a very robust site that works well across all browsers and devices. I’m not a web developer, although I have tinkered with code and am prepared to learn but I would like to start with a simple, cheap yet quality solution that I could have up and running pretty quickly and that I can improve upon as my knowledge grows.
